if he has the VIN and fender tag, should be an easy repair.   :D

That's probably the only real Daytona I can ever afford.   :smilielol:

If I had that, I'd want it in my living room on display, maybe get a few brackets & a sheet of glass to make a cool coffee table.

I can't believe people are bidding on that...what are they going to do with it?  It's only worth whatever the scrap yard will give you...

On second thought, I CAN believe someone is bidding on it.  People will buy anything.

People are like sheep..say the word daytona or superbird easy fixer..just needs a little bondo, sheetmetal,  and new donor car and about 100k and it's a daytona that is worth saving?? :scratchchin:

Might not be the case here, but there are still people out there that think that they can get away with re-bodying a car. They just have no clue as to how many people already know the status of this car. I would love to see the look on a guys face when he's busted over a re-body. That would be priceless.
The only way that I could ever re-body something like this is if it were legal. Even then, I would have a duplicate data plate made with the word "re-body" in big letters.

Someone down the line is in for a screw job. Even if the first person is honest about the rebody, a seller down the line at one point won't be   :icon_smile_blackeye:

From the add looks as if you would need to stamp a radiator support yourself anyway as that is no longer there.

Let me see I do have the 69 in the shopppp :scratchchin:

hahaha kidding, I would never do that, as to me that car just needs the headstone and funeral already

That will buff right out!

Yeah, just a little paint, and good as new.  :P  I can't believe it's up to $5K, and it hasen't even met the reserve!  Have they lost their minds???  I think someone hit it on the head that a re-body is on the way, and someone will get screwed later on down the line.
