Weight of a 400 short block?

Any guess on weight of a 400 short block minus everything but crank, pistons and rods (all still installed)

WANTED: NOS or excellent condition 72-74 4 speed shifter boot for bench or centre armrest car, part number 3467755. It's a rubber boot that looks like it's sewn up leather.

WANTED: My original 440 blocks. Serial # 2A188182 and 3A100002

i would say 375-400 (includes crank, rods, pistons, cam, oil pump).

Gotcha! I was planning on carrying it into my basement for mic checks and reassembly. my garage is unheated and winter is coming

get a 2 wheeler dolly! hehe  those will pay for themselves :D

i always use a heavy duty 2 wheel dolly to move my short blocks from the bottom part of the garage to the upper level of the garage and it works with out any trouble.
