Why don't 70 models need a ground strap?

Well thats the question. Would adding a ground strap have any positive or "NEGATIVE" effect? :shruggy:

70 models are supposed to have a ground its just in a different place, -69 they were from the head or back of the engine to the firewall, on a 70 the go from the neg cable to the radiator support.
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
