Man, they really guessed right about the gasoline tanker as a viable prize worth stealing.
The script for that tanker hijack scene was probably being written 2 years ago. Gas must have seemed way overpriced (and therefore, ready for a cheapening) at the time. But instead gas proceeded to go up like another whole dollar since then.

Wow that does look good.
I hope that was just a Regal painted black they trashed, and not a real Grand National.

Looks interesting...mike got me thinking about the gas...must be some serious octane fuel to be worth 1.4 million. Im a little bored so lets aleady start to dissect this movie I mean come on each tank carries what 6-7k tops with fuel. Now not sure if they took 4 or 3...theres 5 on the truck. First they take 2. Then the regal hits the wheel and looking at the video theres still 2 attached to the truck but go to the crash scene and now theres only 1. So assuming they took 4, each carrying around lets say 7,000 gallons of fuel if they have 4 trailers thats 28,000 gallons...even at 4$ a gallon where do we get the 1.4 million dollar figure? Well yes i wont care about all this when i finally go to see it, truly hope its a good fast action fun movie to watch

Well i read up on it.. it's a prequel to the last movie,.. Vin directed that trailer himself. Watching the trailer carefully shows a whole bunch edits to make it look smooth,.. but compacting the action a lot to make it extra fast. Of course I - in my eternal hopeless optimism - would hope they would grow the franchise intellectually to keep pace with the target audience (assuming, again with opimism) who is now seven years older then when that first clusterf*&K came out,.. but, i guess not. I wonder if it'll prompt a mess of '70 clones for the younger generation?..

I liked the trailer. Looks like a good movie. Hopefully the trailer wasn't tweaked around to make the movie look better than it actually is. I like those Buick GNs. Kind of the ultimate sleeper.

Will Hollywood movies ever be filmed somewhere besides the desert between Las Vegas and LA?

It looks good... but why does the GN have a V8 sound coming from it? Oh well, I'll still watch the movie for the charger.
