Looks Great!  Only 3 more weeks until Mopars in the Park, have to give it the once over then.  Remember to bring the snow tires for the burn out contest!  :smilielol:

Good news, after a very strong effort of Saturday we got fire!  We got it all wired and played around with problems here and there but at about 8:15 p.m. central time we found the ground wire that wasn't grounded well and she popped off without any help.  As soon as gas got to the carb it fired and never looked back.  That girl screams thanks to all the help from Mr. Porter.  I can't wait to get it on the street!  We're still plugging away, but now I'm a bit excited! :icon_smile_big:

Only if you were coming from South Dakota! lol  It is not complete.  I am a little disappointed but oh well.  The interior is just about complete.  I believe they are sanding and buffing it this week.  We had to play with the timing a bit and I still can't get that darn cast aluminum trans pan to seal up.  Ugh!  Trick Shift isn't free!  :icon_smile_blackeye:

Anyway, I plan to take it to Troy over at the R/T Garage in Prior Lake after I am done.  He is a friend, an amazingly intelligent Mopar guru (both he and his wife have been written up in Mopar Collector's Guide independently), a great mechanic, and also the inventor of the Rev-n-nator.  I'm going to have him put one in my car and work out some of the other gremlins I've got lurking under the hood and in my wiring.  If no one knows, I actually bought this car through him.

Anyway, I'm sorry I missed you guys.  I was actually out in the swap area.  My buddy and I rented a couple spots to sell our stuff.  As luck would have it, we ended up being neighbors with Galen Gavier!  That was great!  He and his fiance were very kind.  He also made sure no one tried to jip us on anything.   How great it was to know that man has your back!  haha!

I had a great time despite not having my car there but I WILL make the picnic.  Please let me know if the date is set!

Wow...looks great!  No need to hurry now just to make a show, best to take your time and get it done right.
Haven't heard anything about the picnic yet, its a busy summer so we'll see how it goes.
Let us know how the Rev-n-nator turns out.

I vote that the charger picnic is NOT on a weekend in August.  September would be much easier for me.   :Twocents:

I was almost at the show this year.  Driving my Charger home in 494 traffic from work Friday i come up along a Yellow Daytona 4-dr charger and sure enough Lee is driving.  That was the extent of my getting together with MN Charger people. :P

Mark the Charger looks great!  I love blue Chargers.   :2thumbs:

I agree August sucks for open dates.

The window trim needed to be put in yet and there was still some residue from buffing here and there but still looked pretty sharp.
