I can't find it.  Is it a newer number?

KMPX2

I can't find it eather, But I can tell you it was 1st use on a 72 model. What is it (or what do you think it is). The closest numbers I could find were for the fuel group. I have a 72 parts book and will look it up but you need to tell me what it is so I kmow what group to look in. I tried the fuel group but did not find it.

KMPX2

Found it ! It is a taillight for a 72 Charger. Wow those number took a big jump from fuel pump to taillights.

Ghoste

Which explains why I couldn't find it.  I guess I should have also mentioned that by newer, I meant newer than 70.

KMPX2

I looked in the white books for it 1st. Would have helped if he had given us more of a clue as to what it was. Would not have waste a bunch of time. I could have gone right to that part of the book

Chargerguy74

Sorry KMPX2, I thought someone would just punch it into that website that finds it for you, which is why I didn't post any more info (I wasn't sure at all what it was). Didn't think the white books would have it. Does it say if it's for a 72 SE charger. Thanks for all the time you guys spent looking!!!!! ;)

Well now I'm curious as to where you got the number if you didn't know what the part was?

Chargerguy74

Buying a guys lot of mopar items, the seller listed the part numbers of stuff he had. I get a lot of stuff like that from buddies (mostly chevy guys) who find parts but don't know what they are, I usually just ask for the number.....but I lost my link to the part number decoding site someone posted back on the old charger forum.

And I wasn't being snotty btw, I really was curious.

KMPX2

I tried the web site it did not find that number. Yes it is for a SE. The white book did not have it eather but they do cover fuel pumps and 3620797 was listed as a pump so I thought I was close.

Chargerguy74

Yikes, that is a close number! That could have been frustrating.

Ghoste, here I thought you were getting all CSI on my ass.
