not mounted...they have clips that I just hang inside the window crack. Easily removed and tucked away for the shows if need be ;)

Here is the pro-steet charger Im working on. It has a dana 60 rear,456 gears, 440 engine with an automatic transmission. I think the tires are 33X18.
