73 Charger SE w/shld washer motor ground wire

I had some work done on my 73 Charger SE recently and I noticed that they didnt connect the ground wire for the w/shld washer motor. I cant see an obvious place where it should go, given the length of the wire any ideas?

at same reservoir screw on top of inner fender
