I'd guess reserve is over $3,000...those aren't exactly cheap. Looks decent from the pics. Are you close enough to look at it in person?

I'm not really close enough to take a look but I contacted the guy and he said he will ship it for free which is good. I know the mpg won't be great but do you guys have any guesses? Thanks.

I have a '78 Blazer with a 327, 3.73 gears, a 4" lift with 36" tires, dual exhast and the SM465/NP205 tranny/tranfer combo that gets about 9 mpg average. Unless that thing is fuel injected with a fresh rebuilt motor, I don't think you could expect any better than 11 - 12mpg.

BTW: I have about $3,000 into the running gear and tires and about $3,000 into rebuilding the front axle, brakes, both driveshafts, exhaust, etc...and I'll be lucky to get $2,000 for it. (did I mention the body is shot? BUT, it is also a Federal vehicle - pretty much smog exempt)

The body is pretty bad...I'll try to find some pics. I really need to find a buyer who wants a bullet proof 4X4 and see's the value of what I've put into it and doesn't mind the body because he's going to beat it up anyway.
