I'm wondering if I have the wrong seat belts in my '68. I don't even have the back ones and the fronts look kind of funky. Please post some pics of yours if you have them handy, particularly the buckle. Thanks.

Spartan

If it is like my 69, the rears are short except the buckle straps.  Mine are all wrapped up in the closet for next spring but if you can wait till tomorrow I can get some picks for you on that.
Over?! its not over until we say it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?!...Hell no! and its not over now!..(Germans? Pearl Harbor?...shut up, he's on a roll)

I thought I'd try this again since it's four months and I only got one response. Please, I'm begging you, any seat belt pics from a '68?

Ghoste

When you say yours look funky, what exactly is funky about them Bull?

DFS68_Charger

Not much detail, but all I have.

They have a silver release button in the middle of the buckle. I guess by "funky" I mean "incorrect."

Ghoste

Yep, a silver release button in the center is definitely bad.  Is it round or square?

I'll shoot a picture of it tonight if I remember. It's mostly rectangular but one of the long sides comes down to a point in the middle IIRC.

Here are some pictures of my very original, untouched 1968. If you need some more just let me know.
