fender tag found in ohio please read

Not my listing i found this on columbus ohio craigslist. and just figured i would pass the info along...

i have a fender tag for a 1969 dodge charger that i painted for a guy name tim taylor that lived on fisher rd, he sold the car and i am wanting to contact the owner about the fender tag it was a red car with black vynal top..
