1972Rallye

Troy,
I got this message from "Lady_Admin":

Dear, 1972Rallye!

A virus alert was noticed on your computer.
We highly recommend you to check your computer and perform online virus check at our site immediately: http://antivirus.effectmeds.com/1972Rallye

What's up with that?  I did not go to the site and I suggest you don't either.  Did anyone else get this?

I checked the profile (they joined 1/13), and that account received a bunch of "You have exceeded the limit of 20 personal messages per hour" messages.  Guess we all would have received one of those PMs if that limit wasn't there!

Definitely a spam account, and I suspect they'll be getting the boot any moment.

It appears they tried to send it to approximately 1,000 members (excluding me). The profile was updated recently as well or I'd have caught the them when they registered. I'm sure it's an automated spammer. Guess I have to make a few adjustments.

Troy
Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.
