Charger style guitar pedalboard

I decided on the weekend to make a pedalboard for my guitar pedals so they wouldn't be lying around loose on the floor anymore. Instead of painting it black like most guys paint their custom made ones, I decided to do it in my own style. Actual pedalboards cost about $200-$250 for a good one. This one cost me $8. The wood I had lying around from a bin at a cabinet place. Velcro was the only thing I actually bought and that cost the $8. Otherwise it was completlely free. If you notice, I painted it in the exact colour scheme I plan on painting my Charger. :2thumbs:

It's painted like a Charger? I wasn't exactly sure what section to put it in.

Being a guitar guy myself, I really dig your pedalboard. I usually just plug straight into either my Marshall JCM 2000 TSL 100 or my Ampeg VH-140C but I also like to use a Vox wah and a Danelectro Fab Flange and Fab Echo. If I start using effects more, I might replace them with an MXR Phase 90 and a MXR Carbon Copy. The pedalboard you built looks better than anything I have seen at a music store. Congrats on a fine job!

cool color scheme for a pedal board! Only change I would make is not attach the footswitch for the marshall on there. I like having that one separate but thats just me. Oh and maybe add one more pedal to finish that setup out... a keeley compressor does wonders for pretty much any setup.

You should find an actual charger gas pedal with the dress up kit and rig it to one of them  :D

Cody,

how do you like the Digitech?

I like it, it's cool to mess around with. I don't use it that much though.

The Vox wah's look kind of like a Charger pedal with the dress up package.

I never been into more than a wah and chorus pedal. I like buying an amp that has the clean and overdrive tone self contained. However, I have been really into Zvex stuff lately.
