hey guys,

i recently bought a complete rebuilt rear end for my charger. my question is since it doesnt have the spring perches mounted on it can i just take out the center section and axles and  put them in my rear end housing while its still in the car or will i have to do some more work to make that happen?
i guess what im trying to figure out is would it be simpler to swap out the internals. or have perches welded on my new housing and and swap the complete housing. and by the way the new housing has the green bearings installed on the axles, which sould make them easier to swap right?

thanks

If your current rear end is an 8 3/4" and it's the same overall width as the replacement rear end it would be more practical to swap the parts into your existing rear end assuming that it's undamaged.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

yea its the same width, so there shouldnt be any issues swapping them out?

1968_Charger

also what type of damage are you talking about?
