Here's a incredible collection of crashes and bashes on the circle tracks.  At 1:40 into it a '60's car gets speared by a guardrail right into the drivers area (ouch) and 3:30 into the video it looks like Talmadge Prince's fatal crash.

Are you saying that this isn't the Prince crash?  I can't see any numbers on the car between all the smoke and the poor quality.

It is indeed the Prince crash.    His car was #78.    Being Hylton's old #48,  they just turned the 4 into a 7.   James' ex-wife says he begged Prince not to run that race and to get some more experience before trying Daytona.
