Thanks guys, here is the latest update.

I just need to drill and tap the center of the crosses to mount them and also order some stainless cap screws.

Thanks, guys... I've been busy with other projects lately. I made a few upgrades to my mill and lathe. I also built another trigger wheel mount for a friend of mine with a GEN1 Charger that is going to be fuel injected.....

Here is a picture of the trigger wheel.

I've have worked a little on mine. I fabricated the air to water supports, lower radiator tube, and I finished my disc brake caliper mount, now I just need to make another..

The disc brakes I'm using is off a 2009 Mustang GT so the bolt pattern is the same. I then use my hydraulic press to remove the drums from the factory hubs. I had to turn a very small amount off of the hub to fit properly in the rotor disc. Then I just need to mount the caliper with a plate, anyway I figured for a 100 bucks it's a pretty good front brake set-up....

Sweet!!!!  Won't be long and you'll have a line of guys wanting all that info. and your mounts... Maybe it could help fund your ride....

What size are the discs?? The calipers look to be 2 piston. A set of longer studs and some longer bolts and all will be perfect...

Really nice machine work...

Yea, the studs are about 1/8 shorter now they still might work but I plan on switching everything over to right hand thread. The rotors are 12 1/2ish in diameter. the calipers are only two piston.  If there were enough demand for for people wanting to run this style of mustang brakes, I might be interested in supplying the adapter plates...

You know, your photos are always very good too.  Clear and explanatory which really helps for following what you are fabbing up there.

Thanks! I'm glad to hear. I often wonder if I'm "documenting" in too much detail for forum posting, but I really like showing others what good and more often bad ideas I come up with.... Most Ideas (the good ones at least) are things I've seen done else-were. This to me is what forums are about, sharing... As an added benefit I get the attention my only-child syndrome craves. I also get feed back and suggestions that I always welcome, and more often than not use.

Thanks guys!!! I stayed up late last night and duplicated the caliper bracket. I also started practicing welding aluminum with the tig today. I hope to finish the cold air piping soon....

Whats funny about that? Lot's of cutting of pipes and what not very little cutting on the car itself. A lot of cutting on my hands and arms though..... :smilielol:

:2thumbs: talk about 10-lbs of stuff, in a 5-lbs package, amazing little to no cutting the car itself... Hell the welds can always be ground, to look a little better, as long as they will hold & you have the proper penatration/heat... looks good

Thanks guys, I was able to get a little more done yesterday. I machined out the slot for the crank sensor, I welded up the exhaust and added brackets to mount to the trans. I also finished up welding the aluminum cold pipes going to the coolers. I need a 4" inch pipe before I can start on the cold pipe that goes from the coolers to the engine but I have a couple pipes in place (with tape). I also started assembling the front-end It's not close yet, I just need the grill in so I can figure out how I'm going to cram a condenser, engine oil cooler, Trans cooler, Power steering cooler, and two air to water coolers..... :brickwall: :brickwall:

Some more good news, I didn't take into account the bumper mounts when I mounted my Air to waters, now I have to modify the bumper mounts. Luckily it wont be to difficult....

Wilde - Amazing work, just that you are even doing it.  I'm just following along and learning, it sounds like you know what you're doing.  The hardware is impressive and not having welded since high-school shop class I think your welding looks pretty good.  I'd be totally impressed just to see it run, but if you want it pretty it looks like there is plenty opportunity to do a little polishing to have a show-winning engine.
