Capacitor for voltage limiter

Do these go bad, I just spent a lot of money fixing my tach and new voltage limiter and do not want a bad capacitor to cause me any problems.

Also, where can I get one?

it's not really a capacitor from my understanding.....it's more like a "noise" suppressor

and yes...they can go bad....I think if you get the newer "electronic" limiter, it's built into it...

I have some of those "little round" thingys here if needed

I have found some cars came without them
