what exactly is an 1969 SE optioned interior?

this may be a dumb question, for that i am sorry.   

not to educated on the "SE" option for our cars.   from what i see 1969 was the first year for chargers to have the SE option (was it the first for all models?).    bascily a trim package??   Does every SE have the woodgrain dash and leather seats??  anything else that i should know about, or be aware of when i am trying to collect the parts for the car?

also, did all the SE's come w/ the headrest seats?   for some reason i have black regular 69 seats in my orginaly tan interior.

Headrests were optional up until January 1st, 1969...after that they were mandatory.
