'74 wiring problem

I pulled a dash today - taking photo's, and re-installed it.  I do not see a photo of diconnecting this wire.  I am thinking that it might be related to the gauge lights and dome light since they do not seem to be coming on.





...the black and white go down the driver side kick panel,  plug into another 2 wire (2 black, one w/ white stripe), and go into the rear of the car.  The green goes up under the backside of the dash cluster somewhere.

Any thoughts would be great.  I did look at this diagram but ....  :-\

hmmm

there was one other thing that I'll check into.
There was a beer tab completing a circuit for one of the fuses...  pictures came out blurry but it would be the second, going up, on the left hand side...
