This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

It doesn't need or have to have it.  It comes with it so if your 5,000 feet in the air, not sure the water hose can do that?  And you run out of fuel or have a problem there is a safe way down.
