Question about repro headliners

Does a new headliner come with holes already cut for the dome light and sunvisors or do you have to do it yourself?

The one I got from Legendary did not have any precut holes. I almost think this has to be left until you install the headliner as any small installation variations would give you serious headaches trying to line things up.

My friend is an uholsterer and I've seen him do a few and there's no pre cut holes in them, you use your hands to locate the location were things go, or take measurements on the car or off the old headliner.
