Nice Birds...Nice Country,

any idea what it costs to ship a car there (and back) from Los Angeles, CA...would make a helluva road trip.

What a great idea
It costs approx $2500NZ ($2000US) to ship a car to NZ, plus approx $1000-$1500 port/customs and MAF charges.
So not expensive at all and a country worth visiting http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=PKgnB29BBLE&feature=endscreen
Voted the second most peaceful country in the world (I should work for NZ tourism  ::))

I hope it would be easier for someone coming to NZ to get insurance for their car than it is for a non US resident to get insurance over there!
I could only find one company in the 'States that would give me the mileage allowance to attend the reunion in 2009.

1 OF 1 , nothing too special, however its the main reason I purchased this car.
Its the only Cobra Jet, in this colour with the optioned white shaker and striping (these are usually black).

Did you buy that car from Best of Show?

looks like they're different cars. the Best of Show one has a rear wing and louvres, although both items could have been removed. is the interior the same color? it's hard to tell from the photo.

Hi

I purchased the CJ from Chicago early last year.
The car in the link is the other car, however with red interior and I beleive there is one with white interior (just the 3?) etc. I believe this car with red interior in now in Australia.

Lets not forget, as per my previous post, I purchased  "1 OF 1" plate as I could not believe it was available, and yes the Mustang is 1 OF 1 with my options. Nothing too rare, but special in the Mustang world.

Thanks
Gary

while the mustang doesn't have 1/10th of the bird's WOW factor, it is indeed a sharp looking and desirable car. as much as i hate the thought, the ford might be the fastest car in the photo.
