Isn't this the same seller who sold the blue Hemi 4 speed (the AF pilot's car) a few years back that went to NY then I heard is now in Ohio?

Not sure about a 4-speed, but this other blue one was in ohio for awhile, owned by a friend of mine, Pete S. a few yrs back, an automatic car....vin 224401...sold at Mecum last January...

Thanks for the link.
Both cars seem closely optioned the same.  Hemi Blue on blue autos with non matching Hemis.
The one at Mecum had a buildsheet, and this one does not have #'s matching tranny but other than that seem identical.

Wonder if current Ebay owner is looking to get same money for it.

Sure, but C500's were built in '68 and, IIRC, all were finished before Dec.31st, 1968................

I was thinking that on the ride home tonight.

So then as a follow up question, do ALL 69 C-500s NOT have headrests, unless specifically ordered with them?

I personally think it's a case of which base R/T they grabbed and whether or not it already had the "optional" headrests at the time. Both my C500's have them....
