wow, that is a great photo.

racing champions did this 1/18th scale diecast years ago. i had always assumed it was just some "fantasy" concoction they came up with. the miniature replica looks close, but not identical, to that b/w photo.  if the colors racing champions used are correct, it would have been a sharp looking car.

Thats funny, I have couple photos too and the die cast also, never noticed (not sure how) but how theres a black strip along the windsheld along the rain rain down the sail panel tying to the 1/4 black area, interesting choice of detail.   :popcrn:

hmmm....I think the car was T5 not red...and the lettering was removed and the whole car got a quickie repaint in black, it ended up in ohio, and now its in my garage... :icon_smile_big:


sorry, no proof of any of this, but that thought went through my mind when I saw the black and bronze diecast model... :scratchchin:
