I bought a 69 charger with an aftermarket 13" steering wheel and I replaced it with a 69 wheel (I think). Is there a diagram of the parts needed for the original set up? I'm getting voltage through the horn ring and wondered what piece (maybe an insulator) that I'm missing. Horn works fine but shocks me when pushed.   Thanks.

Something is definitely wrong there.  It shouldn't be grounding through you.  I don't see a diagram in the fsm that I can scan for you.  Have you tried taking the center pad off the wheel and watching to see what is happening when you depress the horn ring?

thehorn switch is just a ground , the switch gorunds the relay when pushed which closes the relay sending power to the horn
