First off let me be the first to... :drool5:  about your paint job!

Next, no there is no filler piece that goes on the sides of the fender.   Just the grill and thats it.  Are the holes you are referring to on the sides of the fender itself?  if so there is a 4 holed L shaped bracket that attaches there and to the grill.

Please post some more pics of that green beauty!

Very nice car!  :yesnod:

As Chris mentioned there are 2 mounting holes on each fender that bolt to the grill frame with an angle bracket. I am thinking about putting a Six Pack scoop on my '68 to cover up a tunnel ram hole in the hood. Your looks very good with that scoop.  :2thumbs:

That is one sweet looking car, I to have been thinking of putting a 6pk scoop on my spare hood.
But its already painted and has no holes. Yeah there is not much to that grille. That's why you
need to paint the area behind the grille black as you already have.

Whoever thought a green car could look so good? Absolutely beautiful. Paint, chrome, everything!  Makes me want to paint mine back to original green. What type/brand of paint is it?  what color?
