Okay i just rebuilt the front suspension on my 73 charger I'm ready to set the car down but I was wondering what you adjust the torsion bar adjuster to Before setting it down.is there a torque spec

Trial and error to have it sit where you want it. If they are new bars then odds are they will settle and you'll have to adjust them after a while anyway

better to go farther tight before get down the car than loosen. You can get it lowered from there without jack the car, and really easy since you'll be releasing tension. If loosen, is harder to set it on floor.
Venezuelan RT 74 400 4bbl, 727, 8.75 3.23 open. Now stroked with 440 crank and 3.55 SG. Here is the History and how is actually: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,7603.0/all.html

I highly recommend taking the weight off any time you do an adjustment up or down , if the thread strip the car will drop fast & where will your hand be ?
