440 manifold on a 400??? how to do it???

How can a manifold designed for a 440 be installed on a 400???

I think the spacers only work when putting a 383-400 "B" engine manifold on a "RB" 440. I could be wrong but, the 440 manifold is wider and spacers would seem to only make it worse.

other than putting the manifold in a shrikage machine you cannot do it
there is one way to do it , the Mopar Stage 6 heads allow for a 440 intake on a low deck B engine but $3500 for a set of heads just to use an intake is a tad out of line !!

my bad, I thought that you could go one way with spacers..... maybe B to RB?

I think that's the way not the oposite since as stated, RB are wider ones.

a Rb block with the B block intake & spacers will work
the RB intakes are 3/4" wider
