:drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: Looks like what I have envisioned for my Daytona except a gun metal wing stripe!
Sold my Charger unfortunately....never got it finished.

JB400

It is a nice car in the pics.  Reserve not met yet.

Ghoste

I'm not picking it apart because it looks like a real nice car but I do find it funny that the ad mentions the "correct date code exhaust manifolds" when everything else on the car is assembled from whenever and wherever including the engine and the entire car is a recreation.  Like having date coded exhaust manifolds would be the difference between selling the car or not.
I hope it goes to a good home.

JB400

I'd probably put headers on it anyway. :icon_smile_big:

If I get another Daytona it will be real and not black :brickwall: Now maybe a Bird clone, but the Tona clone is over 40k and has not reached reserved.  I bet for a little more than his reserve you might be able to find a real Bird :scratchchin:  A 500 would be nice as well :popcrn:

It's a running/motor/braking project which will need the typical Charger stuff (body-wise). It could be fixed on the fly and look fine, but eventually, quarters, at least lowers, would need to be swapped out. I have a complete floor pan for it, but it doesn't really need it. The rear valance, end caps, trunk floor and some work around the rear window would be called for in a complete restoration. '69 440 out of a New Yorker with 727 and manual valve body. The 4.10 Dana in the rear is original, but the sure-grip has been replaced with a spool !!! Interior's good enough for a good cruiser (pretty much all there except for carpet off the top of my head). Has original fender tag...

well,, based on our mutual likes, then it would have to be an even swap.. As my reputation shows, I only have the ability to swap titles and shake hands........
