  yes  thought I recognised that car !!  but could not remember name  , there was or use to be a long video on you tube ,   with a camera on the out side of the car  going round the track !!  few years back

It's originally a hemi orange car, all numbers matching.
I owned it from 1988 until I sold it in 1998 to buy DC-93. 

Monroe Schellinger owned it, Ron Adair, Gary Dinsdale, me,
Harold Sullivan, brokered to a guy in MN - I think...

383272 was a car that passed through a lot of owners and didn't want to get restored; although that has finally happened.    Greg was definitely well on the way headed down that path with it.    I was sure shocked when he up and sold the car.   I don't think there was a guarantee that the car he was going to try and buy was going to pay off.    So it was a bit of a leap of faith.

Interesting........ I notice the hood indicator block offs are sort of weird looking... Instead of the typical plate to cover the hole instead of a light fixture, this one has a "plug" similar to the rear window plug.......

It was an aftermarket top on 383272.   Not installed by the dealer.
