VIN stamping on trunk lip

 Thanks I found mine where described on the gutter I removed from my 70. Now just what should I do with this old hunk of badly rusted gutter? (The stamping area is fine but it is not going back on the car.)

At the very least I would keep it with the car, even if you don't want to stitch the stamping into the fresh replacement metal.
