Fixing storage racks.  Company policy says you have to have a harness on when you're 6 ft or more off the ground.  The cords are 6 ft. with a 6 ft. stretch.  Lots of help    It's hard to climb around with your back tied to something solid and getting tied up 20 ft. up in the air.  Nothing to walk on except a couple of  2x4's on edge.

Don't forget the hard hat and safety glasses.  Doesn't allow for air to circulate around your head.  Throw in the fact your 20 ft. up in the air in a building with no fans moving air.  Not the most pleasant working conditions.
