Valve cover leak has defeated me for 10 years, need help!

Not a bad suggestion but even with a hole where PCV was it would leak...it was the heads

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but, I had the rigid valve covers like this and if you over tighten them they will crack, I chased a leak for about a year way back when and decided to buy cheap thinner metal valve covers and the problem went away, then I closely inspected the rigid valve cover and found the hairline crack.
