Hard to start after sitting fix

  I let my car sit for several weeks and that would mean quite a bit of cranking to get going. (70 Charger with 750 vac. secondary Proform on top of a 440.) This time I removed the air filter and used a squirt bottle to fill the bowls through the vent tubes till I could see fuel in the bowl windows and it fired right up.  The filled bowls front and back keep the 440 running long enough to allow the stock mechanical fuel pump to catch up.

I do it differently, I remove the wing nut from the air cleaner, put a small-necked funnel over the exposed stud, pour in a little gas and...............
