Hello hello hello, it's been a long time since I've been on this site though I have popped in here and there. I sold my no vinyl top hugger Orange colored 69 Charger RTSE with air-conditioning power windows and power front disc brakes to somebody in Wisconsin back in 2012 when I lived in Connecticut. Always curious if the car is still around or where it went? Any ideas? I would post a picture if I could figure out how to do it. I don't even have the VIN number of that car anymore.
I can't believe the escalated prices of these cars, but I can understand it because they're still the most beautiful thing to roll down the road.
Thanks, Rob

Hi 1969chargerrtse,
I'm assuming you lived in Wisconsin when you sold your Charger. If that is so, why did you relocate to Florida? Let me guess; You, like my leaving Akron Ohio (average 67 days of sunshine per year) was to get away from the weather.

I don't know about Florida, only spent 3/4 of a year in Key West 1963 - 1964 while in the US Navy. Winters there were too cold and damp for me. Weekends we usually went to Miami.

Had some great adventures driving old US 1 between Miami and KW; some 100+ mph runs on the famed "Seven Mile Bridge." Don't know what it's like today, that was 64 years ago.

Are you wanting to buy it back? Sure would be fun if you did buy it.

God Bless, Enjoy life,

C

Hi!
Actually, we lived in Bethany Connecticut when I sold it. And then we moved to Saint Augustine, Florida when I retired. We really really love it here. I'm happy to say the 68/70 chargers continue to hold their value if not go up. On that note, I could never afford one today. I was just curious where it was. I would love to see pictures of it again.

Chargerrtforme

Thanks, just curious if the same guy still owns it, what happened to it, etc.
