he was seriously my idol, i loved this guy, heres to the greatest rally car driver ever, he will be missed

I read about this over at scale auto mag forum. Never saw him race on Tv or anything but from what I heard, he was an awesome driver. My best wishes go out to his family. I also heard he had his 5 year old son on the helicopter with him? :shruggy:

That sucks! 

I watched CMR race on the cable TV Rally coverage whenever I got the chance.  Subaru's WRC effort in the 1990s & 2000s was really a tale, and CMR was the fearless hotheaded driver who helped get them off the ground.  He was their "Cole Trickle" in real life.  Dude had balls of solid rock.
