I was watching some of the Run through the hills videos on youtube and the first car to be seen is Bill Howell's. You only see him for a few seconds but it's a really good looking car. oh ya there are some other cars on it too...but most are chebbys... Here's the link

If you have not rode the Dragon you dont know what your missing  300 + curves in 11 miles :o Beautiful country but if your driving you will not be sight seeing.. Also warn the passenger.. Motion Sickness is very common.. On Weekends there are thousands of Bikes and the Police patrol regularly.. to keep speeds down.. there is multiple fatalaties here every year.  :rotz: I got about a 1 mile run at speed ..Following an EMT.. It is a blast.. But if they catch you it isnt pretty!.. Highly Recommended! :2thumbs:

I didn't do the Tail of the Dragon, but I did other routes through the area... and my Caprices cop car brake setup was smoking at the end.  Pulled over and let her cool off for a while.  I can't wait to take the Challenger through there!

I did a car event at the Dragon on a weekend in 1998.   Fun, but you really have to watch your speed as there is a LOT of traffic.   It has to be horrible on a weekend today.

Looks like an awesome place to drive. Where's it located? I love Bill Howell's Charger....sounds great in that video. I also really like the '69 Camaro at :34. I got a good laugh out of the Malibu with the bikes on top

It's in North Carolina, a little east of Knoxville, Tennesee.
