Installing front and rear floor pans. Any good tips on where to start welds?

is there anything to be mindful of other than the body flexing. I will have the car up on jack stands to take the weight on the frame. There is no engine either.

Makes no difference, as long as everything is fitted and clamped securely. Just don't try to run continuous welds.

Are you going to butt the sheetmetal or overlay the panel and spot weld it?
