I finally was able to adjust my pass. door and glass good enough to make it to the body shop whenever I finish the rest of the car. The top rear edge of the fender sits a little high, but I remember it's missing that stud on the underside of the fender there. Then I noticed there was bracket that bolts to the side of the cowl that the stud rests on and is secured with a nut. I believe that's why it's up a little high. I don't wan't to remove the fender again if possible. So I don't know what size that stud is. Does anyone know? How long is it too? It's not a serviceable part in the 73 parts manual so there is no part number. I don't have one on the other fender either. Other problem is now that the window is adjusted, the quarter window vertical rubber strip is warped so it doesn't seal there very good. Does anyone remake this?

steele rubber make the vertical quarter seal. GTrestorations sell them, I think is the cheaper dealer.

The stud... don't rememeber the size, but the nut on it is 9/16"

9/16" hex , TYPICALLY is a 3/8-16 thread pitch

BUT, with exception to door hinge bolts, about every body fastener I'm familair with is 5/16-18 thread count which is a 1/2" hex.

But, I'll be honest I'm not very familir with 3rd gen Chargers at all
