It probably is a scam, unless someone's wife is selling his car while he's away and doesn't know what it's worth. :P

The Agape Ministry

Damn Jesuits.

That car was for sale forever on the east coast along with like 3 birds, and that's where the pictures were taken.

If you look in the for sale section Chargerman69 posted a link to a 70 Charger for $14k for sale. It was listed by the same person and it's location was San Antonio. That ad has been removed but that car wasfor sale on E bay not to long ago and that is where the pictures came from.

A383Wing

well, I just called the number, the Ministry is closed...will have to call tomorrow between 9 & 11am

no provision to leave a message or call back number

the car has been on ebay multiple times over the last few years. the seller's id was "hanks37coupe", and the price was MUCH higher.

hank has a sweet bowtie listed on ebay at the moment. the house in the photos for that listing is the same one seen with the c500, and is located in south carolina, not san antonio.

one of the ebay photos of the chevelle also has a couple of his wing cars visible in the background.

Hanks had several wing cars in the past on Ebay.   Met him once at the Myrtle Beach show when he had one of his cars for sale parked behind me.  Seems like a nice guy.

There is a guy in SC. who does  Mopar restoration and it looks like his pictures. If it is the same car it is only 6 numbers different than mine.

If that is the same car that has been on e-pay it went out for low to mid 60S and didn't make the reserve. :shruggy:

I'm assuming you're still waiting on your windfall from your Nigerian uncle who recently passed?  Condolences on your loss, btw.
