Hi guys!

I'm after a 3/8 fuel sending unit and i don't know where to get one that reads correctly!
I know someone from the '70 charger registry linked a company(forgot their name)but they are out of stock and they don't know when they will get some more!
Tried to find a recent thread but only could find old ones.

So is there an other company that reproduces 3/8 fuel sending units that read correct?

Thank you,

Peter

Yes, I bought two from him.  Call and talk to him, great guy.

Check this out:
Some sending units need to be bent a bit to work correctly. The filter sock needs to rest against the bottom of the tank to not only get all of the fuel but also to properly position the float and rheostat for a better reading for the guage.

Yeah i have read that it needed a bit of adjustment but there was a company that makes one that reads correct!
Unfortunately I can't link it here because i'm on my iphone but somone from the '70 charger registry posted it earlier!

Thanks guys!

Peter

I bought mine from them and reads correctly. They recalibrate it and make sure it reads correctly before they ship it to you.

The one I have from Van's reads as it should.  you can check empty and full resistances before you install it, too.

I got from them... not perfect thought, but cheap. Being I'm handy with this stuff, made some some floater and rheostat point adjust and working like a champ
