Iam installing RF kit and I wanted to buy a new 3 speed wiper harness with the connector to the switch? Only 2 speed on the market? 2 speed connector is different than what I have for my 3 speed. It has an extra wire/connector.

As far I know, and is on that way on 3rd gens, the harness &/or plug down the dash doesn't change for 2 or 3 speeds wipers, just switch, motor and main linkage.

Harness between firewall and motor just changes because 3 speeds get it attached, but wires and their location on plugs remains the same between both

thanks, that's what I thought, I bought the M&H 2 speed dash side harness and the connector is different that what I have. It will not fit into the switch. Another mystery!

if wires are the same ( what must be ), just remove them from the new plug and reuse your old plug... be sure using same wires color disposition than the old harness

I'm staring at my dash wiring right now. I am going from a 2 speed to a three speed in my 'Bee. I tagged / numbered all my wires as I removed them and I now see that I have a brown with white stripe wire right there in that section of the harness that wasn't used on the 2 speed.

The 5 wire plug fits both switches.. then there is one wire clip with a cut out in it to clear a tab on the switch spade for a 6th wire on the 2 speed switch. The 3 speed switch also has this tab and then a 7th spade at the bottom corner of the switch.

Looking at the wiring diagram it appears that the extra brown / white stripe wire I have just goes on this 7th spot and everything will work fine???

Thanks to any that can clarify. I'll add a picture when I get in from the shop.
