If you were to replace the brass bushings from housing upgrading to bearings, what kind of bearings would you use? Ball or needle/rollers?

I doubt if you could find a ball bearing that would fit a factory distributor housing.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Nacho-RT74

ok, that it means you would use ball bearing kind... right ?

no oil seal on the assembly, just the bearings... right ?

I ask about the oil seal because stock dist seems to be somehow vented from bottom ?

He means ball bearing NO...they would be tiny balls in the bearing. Not enough room to fit the shaft and dizzy housing. Why not new bushings?

Nacho-RT74

No need for replace now! Just wishing an upgrade.

I know he says not enough room but IF POSIBLE, would choose ball bearings?

On a note apart! Locally lot of ppl replaces the LCA bushings for bearings... Do you think there is ROOM for those ?, well, its posible there.

Is about search. Maybe yes, maybe not! Dunno yet.
