I have found that you have to call them first to initiate the conversation and send the e-mail to that rep. Sending the e-mail to the group inbox gets lost/overlooked a lot of times. To answer your question, they answered my e-mail.
There are few problems in life that cannot be solved with C-4.

Could be that your Email is being dumped as SPAM, I have customers say they sent me Emails, never to have seen them

HPP

In my experience, no. They are hardcore, old timers who want to talk to you.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

A telephone conversation is so yesterday these days. :slap:
When I get a voice on the phone I have to ask if it is the real deal.
Most of the time the accent I hear adds to my problem with my hearing.
By By phone contact for me.

Accent problems?

Lol! That's why I allways try to get every contact on emails! That saves time and missunderstandings with a non english mother language customer

I bought once some stuff from them via on line ( can't recall what it was ), and was really scary! Feedback was ZERO. Totally unexistant comunication from them, aside an automatic email giving you a contact email which is also a ghost ( BTDT )
