Are 67/69 fenders and 73/76 fenders the same/interchangeable ?( aside the sidemarkers difference of course )

you mean does a 67 dart fender fit a 69 dart? yes

Does a 73 duster fender fit a 76 duster. yes.

But of course there are issues with grilles etc, especially on the 73-76's

Sorry, i should be more specific.

DART fenders... i.e. A 75 dart fender on a 69 dart. Aside the sidemarker, are they exactly the same?

It's close but the differences are mentioned above as well as mounting holes for headlight buckets, valances, mouldings & in some cases the entire length of the fender is different. The 1970 through 1972 has a separate extension in the front.....

well, 70/72 are of course way diff due the extension, but 67/69 and 73/76 are a full fender piece from end to end
