What years were the 150 mph speedometer available in Dodge Charger 72,73 or 74

On Rallye clusters, 71/72 for sure. Seems to have being available up to mid year 73 ( or maybe HiPo engine cars ). Every one with red vertical slot for high beams and as far I have noticed including those 73 with 120 speedo ( but horizontal on these ). 74s got horizonal blue slots on 120 speedos.

And all standard clusters were 120 speedo. Up to 73 red high beam indicator, 74s changed to blue

what about a stroked 400 on a 74 ? LOL
