Rear torsion bar mounting brackets 1976

One side of my torsion bar is attached but the other bracket is missing. It looks like they are attached by 2 bolts to the frame. My brother still has both on his but one stud on each is broken off. I've looked for them for a while with no luck so I decided to ask here. Also my torsion bar is hitting the frame everytime I go over a bump.

It sounds like you need the hardware, or did I misunderstand.  I am sure there are other options for hardware, some are listed here: http://www.manciniracing.com/torbarhar.html
Who in their right mind would say

"The science should not stand in the way of this."? 

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us. 

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

I remmeber on myne they are bolts, and nuts are welded to the unybody crossframe

maybe the knocks comes from missed T bar crossmember isolations ?
