I'm selling off some old bits just wondering what this part is called ? Please see pics below, just part of the horn assembly or does it have a specific name ? It came off my old 68 Charger, it's just so I know the correct name to advertise it as, thanks for any help.

steering column adaptor ( to the steering wheel )
