Does somebody know if the AGM repro batteries are already available?

Turbostart is no longer in the classic car battery business. They sold all their inventory to places like Mancini and Summit (Which is where I got my last one).
I know this won't help you much BUT there are numerous places at Carlisle that have them. Old inventory, I am not sure.
The only place that still makes them as far as I know is http://www.antiqueautobattery.com/ but they are not AGM and cost just as much.

I bought mine from Restoration Battery, but apparently he closed up in February after 42 years in the business. I ordered and was actually surprised when I got an AGM.

THAT SAID... I just looked at my bill and then pulled up pictures. He got it from antique battery!! LOL So they DO sell AGM's !

I paid a lot more than that. + $62 US on top of the price for UPS and then $ exchange I was out $572Cdn for a battery. That said, the AGM Odyssey battery that is inside, I pay $188 US + shipping for those from Aircraft Spruce. So the battery they hide inside, plus the case. I can't even believe they're doing that for $52 bucks more.

My feelings exactly.  You'd think for something that doesn't last that long it would be cheaper.
Mopar forever!

It cost more because people want it. Supply and demand.
