Been thinking about ordering a set for my 69 this spring. I have been running these Centerline Champ 500s for 20 years now. Staying with a 15" rim size. But want a 10" wide for the rear to run a 50 series tire. Anybody know if they make a redline tire in a 50 series now? I believe my Centerlines have a backspace of 4.5" with no tire rub.

I would like to run a wide front tire too, maybe 8" wide if possible and I'm open to suggestions on what you guys like to fill in all of that space up front in the wheel well without any rub or turning issues. Thanks all and have a good weekend!

I have 15x10 on the rear of my 68 with 5 inch back spacing. I'm running 15x7 on the front. I buy all my mag500s from wheel vintiques. I special order mine with Matt black centers instead of the standard brighter black they paint them. Make sure to get their bullseye center caps. Best out there if they haven't changed them. I have seen redline 295/50. I think you can get them from diamond back tires.

I ordered mine through Jegs, who gets theirs from Wheels Vintique believe.. The quality is really good. I believe there is really only 2 major makers of the Magnum 500's; Wheels Vintique and Stockton.. They both seem to be on back order, can't keep up with the orders I guess. Mine took me about 2 months to get. I ordered a set for my friend's '67 GTX I'm working on now at the house... Those look real good too...

I have 15x7's up front and 15x8's in the back on my current 500. I used to have 15x8's all the way around on my Daytona. If you want all 4 to be the same so you can rotate them, then I personally would go with 15x7's and 255/60R/15's... If you want a more aggressive stance, 15x7's or 8's up front with 255's and 15x8's with 275's out back... Just my  :Twocents:

This pic was taken before I was finished with the restoration but it shows off the wheels pretty well. All four are 15x8. The front tires are 245/60 and the rears are 295/50.

Here's one option for buying wheels: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,62609.0.html

I have a set of four but it appears I do not have any pictures of them on anything currently. They are now on Charger #2 which is in the trailer for storage for the winter as of now.

295-50 on 10x15 in back

What's your ride height, front and rear?

Looks good!

Thanks, honestly I would like the back about an inch lower.

Off concrete floor, CL of wheels to wheel lip. Shines the outer wheel house with people in back or compromised situations at times.
Rear 26" factory big block 8-4/3 leaf (old ones)
Front 23.25", tires are 235/60-15s
